This "Colgate Plax Gloo Gloo Yourself and Your Friends" Online Contest is organized by Colgate-Palmolive (Marketing) Sdn. Bhd. and begins 1/11/2011 [00:00:00:00] and ends 31/12/2011 [23:59:59:59]. The Organizer shall reserve the right to amend the Contest Period at any time.
This online contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above except employees of Colgate-Palmolive (Marketing) Sdn. Bhd., their immediate family members, and their advertising, promotion, event and PR agencies.
Each person can participate with a unique and valid email address.
Participants need to ensure the personal information is entered correctly. All information subject to the first submission without any chance for amendment.
All participants must agree that they have read and understood the terms and conditions bound by them. Participation is voluntary.
Any participants that make any unlawful, improper behavior to damage the fairness of the contest, or deceive any scores or results from the program, will have their submission automatically cancelled. The Organizer reserves all legal rights to recover damages or sue for further compensation.
Participation:
• Stand a chance to win a Samsung Galaxy S II when you share your animated photos with your friends.
Winning Criterion:
• After the contest period, the top three participants who send their animated photos to the most friends and with the most creative greeting message, will win a Samsung Galaxy S II.
• Multiple messages sent to the same individual via different means ie Facebook account or email address will be counted as one message sent.
• Only valid Facebook accounts or email addresses will be considered.
• All entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Organizer. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence or dispute will be entertained.
The data and time of this online contest will be according to information received by the Organizer's data server. The Organizer will not be held responsible for any loss, delay or misdirected, in any way responsibility.
Winners will be announced in 5 weeks time after the contest ended via email or telephone contact.
All prizes will be despatched by courier to the address provided. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice and all prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
The Organizer reserves the right to use names, photos, other personal information and answers of all winners for publicity and/or advertising purpose.
